At Holonomics, we believe that transformation matters

Ten years ago this month Holonomics was born, the result of a dream that Maria Moraes Robinson and I had to create a business consultancy built on the core principle that people and planet matter.

We believe in the power of transformation that organisations have when leadership teams really commit to their teams and an elevated purpose that benefits everyone in their ecosystems.

In order to facilitate this transformation, we created the Holonomics Approach, a system which has helped hundreds of businesses, organisations and thousands of individuals to initiative change and achieve significant results across every level and area of actuation — senior leadership, management teams to front-line staff, strategy, customer experience, design, innovation, technology, marketing, human resources, service delivery, startups and social impact to name just a few.

As part of our celebrations this month, today we are sharing our new short video, Welcome to Holonomics (also with a Portuguese version, Bem Vindo à Holonomics), introducing who we are, how we work and our core values and beliefs. We worked really hard to find imagery that conveys the depth of thinking and breadth of our the frameworks and tools that we’ve created this last decade.

It has been an incredible journey for us, one which has taken us acros the globe, allowing us to work in partnership with so many amazing people, there are far too many to be able to reasonably mention here in person.

At Holonomics we elevate enterprises through our consultancy, we scale our knowledge globally through Holonomics Publishing, and we amplify impact through our courses and workshops.

As we enter our eleventh year, businesses are recognising the need for profound transformation more than ever before. In the coming weeks we will be announcing new initiatives to help elevate them through our new book and online course which we can’t wait to share with you all.
