Hi Richard, many thanks for your comment. It is not practically possible to provide a complete answer to your question, I could only ever provide a summary of how Maria and I have been working. We created the Holonomics approach to help facilitate profound transformation in organisations exactly due to the many systemic and dysfunctional behaviours we find in society today. At the heart of our approach is the expansion of consciousness and the five universal human values of peace, truth, love, righteousness and non-violence. While thse are themes which the major business consultancies simply have no background in, and therefore no competency, we have been integrating these apsects into very large projects based on strategy, cultural and digital transformation, innovation, design and customer experience. We do not judge companies, we use our approach to help executives at the highest level understand what is now needed and how they can respond. In order to show the more practical and applied aspects of our approach we wrote our second book, Customer Experiences with Soul. This provides the framework — The Holonomic Circle — which explains the qualitative principles behind our work.
